The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE),  formerly known as the School of Distance Learning and Continuing Education (SDLCE),  is a wing of Kakatiya University, Warangal, established in 1988. It is the largest ODL institution under a dual-mode university in Telangana. Eligibility for UG Courses

For all UG programmes (BA, B.Com General, B.Com Computers, BBA), candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent qualification recognised by Kakatiya University. There are no minimum percentage requirements specified in the official fee structure page, and there is no age bar. For B.Sc. Eligibility for PG Courses

All PG programmes require a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. For most MA subjects (Telugu, English, Hindi, etc.), the undergraduate degree must include the concerned subject in Part-I or as an optional/main/subsidiary subject. For programmes like MA Rural Development, MA Sociology, MA HRM, MSW, and MA JMC, any graduate from a recognised university is eligible. M.Com requires a Bachelor’s degree with a commerce background. M.Sc. Maths requires BA Maths or B.Sc. (MPC). MCA requires graduation with Mathematics and a qualifying score in ICET. 

Eligibility for Diploma Courses

All diploma programmes (Diploma in Computer Applications, Yoga, Guidance & Counselling, etc.) require any graduate degree from a recognised university. Diploma courses are of 1-year duration. 

Eligibility for Certificate Courses

Certificate courses (6 months) require Intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent qualification recognised by KU. Orientation Programmes (3 months) require SSC (10th standard) qualification, making them the most accessible entry-level programmes offered by CDOE.

Admission Confirmation Process
